Effective use of Track Test is divided into five steps, and our Customer Success team partners with you until delivery is complete.

Issue an Account (No. 1)

An admin console is issued per organization. You can manage multiple projects with role-based access control —e.g., separate consoles for hiring and training.

Create Exam & Challenge (No. 2)

Exam is one exam sent to applicants. Challenge is a single item within that exam. Combine challenges freely to build exam that meet your needs.

Deliver the Test (No. 3 – 5)

Choose delivery methods that match your internal workflow.

Review Results (No. 6)

Evaluate each applicant’s results and share findings internally.

※After creating a test, you can send it to yourself for preview; this does not count toward usage.

Integration with ATS and other systems is customizable.
