◾️ How to Invite Members

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Settings

  2. Under the Project section, click Members

  3. Enter the email address, choose the role to assign, then click Send invitation.

[Organization Admin]

  • Granted by Track when the admin console is first provisioned (usually to the primary contact).

  • Cannot be selected when inviting new members.

  • In addition to all lower-level privileges, Organization Admins can access console settings and contract information.


◾️ How to Check Invitation Status

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Settings.

  2. Under Organization, click Pending Invites.

  • Email addresses that have been invited but have not yet created an account appear here. You can cancel the invitation or resend it if a delivery error occurs.

    ※ If resending still fails, check your mail settings. If the issue persists, please contact Support.

  • Invitation URLs are valid for one week.

  • If a link has expired, follow the How to Invite Members steps to send a new invitation.
