■ Email Delivery

You can send an exam to candidates by email directly from Track Test, specifying the recipients and a submission deadline.

  1. From Exams, click the Exam Title or click Deliver on the far right.

  2. In the upper-left corner, click Deliver Exam (this step is not required if you clicked Deliver in step 1).

  3. Enter the Deadline.

  4. In Applicant, enter the recipient email address(es). (Multiple addresses are allowed.)

    • To send to multiple addresses at once, enter each email on a new line in the text area.

    • You can also register a candidate name to make tracking easier by separating the email address and name with a comma , and enclosing the name in double quotation marks " ".

    Example: xxxx@track.test.com , "Track Demo 01"

    ※ This setting is optional.

  5. Enter the From , Email Subject , and Body .

  6. Click Confirm.

  7. Click Deliver.

Clicking Deliver sends an email containing the exam URL to the specified addresses.

If you prefer not to send the email immediately, use the Scheduled Delivery feature.

■ URL Delivery

  1. From Exams, click the exam title.

  2. In the exam menu (left sidebar), click Settings.

  3. Click Edit, then check Enable Self-Delivery URL.

  4. Set the URL Validity Period (the period during which candidates can access the URL).

  5. If necessary, set a Self-Delivery URL Active Period and register any Exam Time Limit (optional).

  6. Click Save.

  7. Copy the delivery URL and share it with your candidates.

After successfully setting up and accessing the site, the following information page will be displayed.

■ ID Delivery

※ This option may not be available on some plans.

ID delivery allows candidates to take an exam without using an email address by entering a custom ID instead.

For detailed instructions, see Deliver Tests Using IDs.

■ Canceling a Delivery

You can cancel deliveries only for candidates whose status is Not Started.

When a delivery is canceled, the candidate is moved to the Archived List, and a notification email is sent to them. If they try to access the exam URL, they will see a message indicating that the test is no longer available.

For step-by-step instructions, see Cancel a Delivered Test.
