■ Track CONTENT MANAGER (TCM)

TCM is the system you use to upload original content (hereafter “content”) to Track Test.

  • Authoring content = Marine

  • Uploading authored content = TCM

For details on Marine, see Here

■ Accessing TCM

TCM access must be enabled by your Customer Success representative.

Please provide the email address registered in Track Test.

Reference workflow

  1. Your user account must exist in Track Test.

  2. Our team adds your organization and activates your user in TCM.

  3. Enter your sub-domain on the TCM sign-in screen and click Sign In.

     Example: https://<sub-domain>.track-demo.tracks.run/

■ Adding New Content

Screen Sections

  • Workflow – Manage automated checks, review, and release status.

  • Challenges – List existing content and upload new content.

  • Questions – Create questions directly. See Creating Quiz Challenges

Step-by-Step

  1. On the Challenges page click Add Challenge, then choose the file to upload.

※ Selecting an incorrect file type will cause an upload error.

  2. Upload the content.

    • ZIP upload

    – Zip the entire project and upload it.

    – Click Add to start the automated file check (normally completes within a few minutes).

※ The upload method chosen here cannot be changed when you later upload a new version.

    • GitHub upload

    – GitHub is also supported but requires prior setup.

Contact Customer Success for the procedure.

    – After setup, select the repository, branch, and .yml path, then click Add.

※ The upload method chosen here cannot be changed when you later upload a new version.

  3. After the automated check finishes, click Request ReviewRelease.

Our Content Team performs a basic functionality review.

If you need a more detailed review, contact Customer Success.

■ Updating Content Versions

In the Challenges list, open and select Upload New Version.

The subsequent flow is identical to “Adding New Content”.

All updates are treated as major versions in TCM.

■ Creating Quiz Challenges

Although the Questions tab exists in TCM, we strongly recommend creating quiz challenges directly in Track Test. See Here

※ Some questions may not display correctly when authored in TCM.

The development team is addressing this issue; please use Track Test for now.
