Deliver Tests Using IDs

Deliver exams by letting applicants log in with any ID you define—no email address required. ※ this feature may not be available on certain subscription plans.

■ Setup

  1. From Exams, click the exam title.

  2. In the exam-creation wizard, switch the delivery method.

    Select ID Delivery if you want to distribute the exam via IDs.

  3. Set URL Active Period.

    Exam Time Limit defines the number of days after an applicant starts the exam before the submission deadline(optional)

  4. Decide whether to require a password at exam start.

    Check Generate unique passwords for applicants, required to start exam if you want applicants to enter a password.

※ Once an exam has been delivered, you cannot change the delivery method.

If the exam has not yet been delivered, you can still switch between Email Delivery and ID Delivery.

■ Delivery

  1. Enter the Delivery ID(s) in the input field.

    ※ For multiple applicants, enter one ID per line.

  2. Click Confirm when you are done.

  3. If the IDs are correct, click Deliver exam .

  4. If you checked Require password, download the initial-password CSV from the exam list page.

  5. Share the Delivery URL shown on the settings screen, along with the exam ID (and password, if enabled), with your applicants.

Applicants access the URL, enter their unique ID, and start the exam.

  • Make sure no two applicants use the same ID.
