■ What Is Scheduled Delivery
Scheduled Delivery lets you specify a future date (and time) to send exams by Email Delivery.
Use it to reduce manual work and control the exact send-out timing.
■ How to Set Up Scheduled Delivery
Click the
Deliver Exambutton to open the email-delivery settings screen.Check
Enable Scheduled Scheduled Delivery Date uled DeliveryDate send date from the calendar.Pick the
Scheduled Delivery Datefrom the calendar.
※ Since the April 11 2022 release, you can also specify the send time.
On the same screen, fill in the usual email-delivery fields such as
Deadlineand up to 100Applicant Email Addressentries.Review the preview and click
Schedule Delivery.The exam appears in the
Scheduled Deliverylist.From the left-most icons you can:
See Details📁—edit the send date, submission deadline, or recipientsCancel Delivery🗑️—delete the scheduleAfter the exam is sent, its record moves to the
Historylist.Click
View Detailsto see the delivery information.
