■ What Is Scheduled Delivery

Scheduled Delivery lets you specify a future date (and time) to send exams by Email Delivery.

Use it to reduce manual work and control the exact send-out timing.


■ How to Set Up Scheduled Delivery

  1. Click the Deliver Exam button to open the email-delivery settings screen.

  2. Check Enable Scheduled Scheduled Delivery Date uled Delivery Date send date from the calendar.

  3. Pick theScheduled Delivery Date from the calendar.

※ Since the April 11 2022 release, you can also specify the send time.

  1. On the same screen, fill in the usual email-delivery fields such as Deadline and up to 100 Applicant Email Address entries.

  2. Review the preview and click Schedule Delivery.

  3. The exam appears in the Scheduled Delivery list.

    From the left-most icons you can:

    See Details 📁—edit the send date, submission deadline, or recipients

    Cancel Delivery 🗑️—delete the schedule

  4. After the exam is sent, its record moves to the History list.

    Click View Details to see the delivery information.
