Difference from Sending the Exam to Yourself

■ Sample Delivery Feature

This feature lets an admin experience the exam exactly as applicants will see it by sending the test to the admin’s own registered email address and taking it.

■ How to Send a Sample Delivery

  1. In the Exams list, select the exam you want to test.

  2. Click Deliver Sample Exam at the top left.

  3. Verify your email address and click Deliver Exam .

■ Difference from Sending the Exam to Yourself

・ You can still add or edit questions after delivery.

・ The admin console clearly labels the attempt as “Sample,” making it easier to distinguish from real deliveries.

Notes

  1. If the delivery method is ID Delivery, see here.

  2. For Sample Delivery, the submission deadline is automatically set to one week after the send date. The deadline for regular deliveries is not affected.
