■ Sample Delivery Feature

This feature lets an admin experience the test exactly as candidates will see it—by generating a temporary sample ID and taking the test themselves.

■ How to Send a Sample Delivery

  1. From Exams, click the exam title.

  2. In the upper-right corner of the Exam screen, click Deliver Sample Exam.

  3. Review the information shown, then click Deliver Exam.

  4. Use the generated sample exam ID (＋password) and Exam URL to take the test.

    ※ The submission deadline is set to 7 days after the delivery date.

    If the test’s Exam Time Limitsetting is shorter than seven days, that shorter period is applied.

■ How Sample Delivery Differs from Issuing IDs for Real Delivery

  • You can still add or edit questions after delivery.

  • The admin console clearly labels the delivery as Sample, making it easy to identify.

These points make Sample Delivery far more convenient than sending the test to yourself via the standard delivery flow.
