■ Search Applicants with Keywords
On the Exams page of an exam, you can quickly locate specific applicants by entering keywords.
■ Steps to Search Candidates
From the
Examslist, click the targetExam Name.
In the status tabs, select
All.
In the
Search with Email or Namefield, enter your keyword to filter the list.
■ Searchable Items & Notes
Applicant Name
Partial matches are supported.
• Searches succeed only for the exact text entered in the entry form.
• If the name field was optional (not required), those entries cannot be searched.
Email Address / ID
Partial matches are supported for the email address used to take the exam.
• For ID Delivery, you can also search by the assigned ID.
CSV Download
The Download CSV button exports only the candidates currently shown in the filtered list—useful for reporting or further analysis.
