■ Where to View Applicant Lists
On the lower-right side of each Exam detail page, you can switch between tabs to display applicants by their current test status.
■ Applicant Status Definitions
All : Every candidate to whom the exam was delivered
Not Started : Candidates who have not begun the exam
In Progress : Candidates who started but have not submitted
Submitted : Candidates who submitted the exam
In Review : Candidates whose submission has been scored or commented on by a reviewer
reviewed : Candidates who have already submitted and the reviewer has filled in the evaluation
Evaluated : Candidates for whom pass/fail has been recorded
• Pass : Candidates marked as passed
• Fail : Candidates marked as failed
Expired : Candidates who never started and missed the deadline
Archived : Candidates manually marked as Invalid / excluded by an admin
※ The All tab does not include candidates in the Archived.
