Email Notification

■ When You Can Manually Submit

After an applicant answers every Question their exam is auto-submitted within 24 h

However it will not auto-submit in the following cases

  • The applicant quits midway and leaves some Questions unanswered

  • The exam includes Multiple Choice Questions and the applicant answers only the minimum required

  • A Question has no time limit and the applicant forgets to click Submit and Finish Exam

  • The exam deadline is set so far in the future that auto-submission is delayed

■ How to Manually Submit an Exam

  1. Click the target Exam title to open the applicant list

  2. On the applicant’s Results page click Submit Exam Manually in the upper-right corner

  3. Review the confirmation dialog ‑ check the box to proceed and click Submit

  4. After completion the status shows the Manual Submission tag

■ Changes on the Applicant Side

If the applicant attempts to access the exam URL after a manual submission the following screen appears

When an exam is manually submitted the applicant receives the following email
