Bulk Cancellation

■ Cancel Delivery Steps

  1. In the Applicants tab, click the Not Started phase

  2. Click the trash-can icon on the right

  3. In the confirmation dialog, click Yes to Cancel Delivery

■ Cancelable Status

You can cancel delivery only for examinees whose status is Not Started

If an examinee has already begun the exam, cancellation is not available

■ Bulk Cancellation

Use the bulk action checkbox to select multiple Not Started examinees, then click Cancel Delivery
