Archive lets you exclude unnecessary exam data in In Progress, Submitted, or Expired states from CSV downloads and reports.
※ Applicants can continue the exam even after being archived.
There is no impact on the applicant’s experience.
■ Procedure
Navigate to the applicant list whose status is
In Progress,Submitted,Evaluated, orExpired
Click the
Archivebutton on the far-right side of the list
or from the applicant’s Answer Details page
To restore an applicant, open the
Archivedand clickUnarchived
■ Scope of Archive
Removed from the applicant list
Excluded from CSV downloads of the applicant list
Excluded from reports
Archive does not nullify the license already consumed for that applicant.
