We will explain in the following order:

Click the cogwheel icon button.

Click the pull down menu.

Select the query you would like to run.

Click "Execute"

You can see the debug results on the "Test Output":

Click the cogwheel icon button.

Click the text box area.

Note ☝️

The text box area is under the pulldown menu.
It will allow you to edit the selected predefined query.

Edit query by clicking on the text box.

Click "Execute".

You can see the results on your "Test Output".
