Yes, you can change the programming language to answer during exams. Please take the following steps to do so.
Steps to change programming language to answer
Go to the coding page
Press the gear icon at the top-right corner of the page
Click “Switch Language”
Select the programming language you would like to change to from the drop-down list (the list of supported programming languages is here)
Notes①
When you change the language, the coding section will be initialized with the new languages.
You cannot undo the operation, so we recommend you to change the language before you start coding.
Notes②
If you are taking the exam locally, the option to change the programming language will not appear during the exam.
You can change the programming language by switching back to taking the exam in a browser, changing the language, and then switching back to taking the exam locally again.
